and the vet said the cancer lumps she had removed on her back and neck must have spread to inner organs causing internal bleeding somehow on 2/1 and they put her to sleep then. she was fine and puppylike when she wen’t to bed friday and 24 hrs later she was gone. she was old at almost 13 so everyone knew it would happen eventually but the fact that it was so sudden… they had to get another puppy a few days ago b/c their boys (10 &11) didn’t know what to do. and the 10 yr old’s b-day was 2/1
