I havent done a tutorial for a while so i decided to do one,and i hadnt tried this look out before so it was a quick fix tutorial and i didnt even know what i was doing! I just went with it,and it seemed to go ok. If you want more tutorials leave requests down below 
This look is quite a dark look with a smoky eye and a ‘sultry’ lip,sorry if sultry isnt the right word to describe it,I needed a word that starts with ‘s’ and actually describes the lip
