Dark and light silver eye tutorial great for New Year’s Eve celebrations! For my primer, I, of course, used the NS Minerals eye primer, which is amazing for a crease-free, all day hold. The dark silver I used in this look was the Starry Night pigment from the NS Minerals Nightlife pigments. I used the light silver SPA pigment from NS Minerals to brighten up my eyes and really make them sparkle. And finally, I used the NS Minerals SPA pigment in cream for my highlight.
